After more than a decade working inside nonprofit organizations, I now consult with Salesforce orgs that have grown organically — and now need clarity, structure, and long-term stability instead of constant firefighting.

My work focuses on strategic redesign, cleanup, and implementation: creating systems that are understandable, well-documented, and resilient through staff changes, leadership transitions, and organizational growth. I help teams step back, decide what they truly need from Salesforce (and what they don't), and build infrastructure they can confidently maintain — not infrastructure they're afraid to touch.

I'm a Salesforce Certified Administrator (May 2018) and Certified Advanced Administrator (Dec 2022) with deep hands-on experience across nonprofit-specific challenges: data governance, complex integrations, fundraising & grantmaking workflows, board reporting, and user adoption.
